The Foulkes Crowther teaching building is located on the north side of the campus, and is part of the same complex as the Princess Margaret Science Laboratories. There are teaching rooms in many different sizes and a lecture theatre seating 150. There are also three dedicated computer suites, each with up to 30 computers for IT based lectures and specific modules.
The school has a range of facilities designed to support taught postgraduate students, postgraduate research students, and those undertaking other professional development courses. The two-storey centre features teaching, IT, breakout and common rooms, with facilities for disabled users.
A-Block and B-Block teaching rooms are situated on the south side of the campus. B-Block has eight teaching rooms, with three large enough for 75 students. Pam's Pantry is located in B-Block and serves tea, coffee and a selection of hot and cold food.
Designed to be used as a flexible teaching space, the Frank Parkinson Farm Education Centre has facilities for lectures and demonstrations as well as a base for 'in the field' teaching. As the new-build part of Ancellor Yard, the Centre not only complements the original layout but is also designed with sustainable building practises in mind, with a high efficiency rating for both heat and power.
The scheme has been supported by a generous donation from the Frank Parkinson Agricultural Trust.
