Statement on the Government's decision to award Centre Assessed Grades

    Posted 18 August 2020

In light of the Government’s decision to award Centre Assessed Grades (CAGs) to A-level and GCSE students, 无码动画 would like to reassure everyone who has had their place confirmed by us that those places remain secure. We have been advised that some Vocational and Technical Qualifications (VTQs), including Pearson BTECs and C&G awards, have been affected by the OFQUAL down-grading adjustment process and so there will be issuance of CAGs for those. If we are advised that this process results in a higher award for any individual, we will contact them if this means that they have a wider range of our courses to consider.

Should any students feel their CAGs make them eligible for a different course at Harper Adams  (for example Bachelors with Honours rather than Extended, Foundation or Ordinary degree) they should contact the admissions team directly on 01952 815 000 or by completing our , supplying details of expected grades and the course they are seeking to join.

Our lines also remain open to future students yet to be matched to a university place or wishing to switch to Harper Adams as their first choice, subject to place availability and meeting entry requirements.

Contextualised offers (usually a one grade drop) can be made to students who meet eligibility criteria under our Access to Harper programme.
